Whether the bond is paid off or not, it doesn't matter. They are independent of each other.

EVERY home pays an annual maintenance fee except homes located in these villages: Country Club Hills, Orange Blossom Gardens, Silver Lake, Del Mar, El Cortez, La Reynalda, La Zamora, Mira Mesa, Valle Verde. These villages are located in Lady Lake.
