Ah the speedometer is for those who go faster than the speed limit allows.
I still don't understand why the additional 6-10 mph is so important/necessary.
Adding risk to those who have a legal cart.
Falls in the category of rolling through stop signs and speeding in automobiles.
Something does not compute. Retired folks with all the time in the world....always in a hurry!!
