Wow.......that's terrible!! I would venture to guess from the attitude of the sales person that it is a communication problem from his end but who knows. I know I would buy NOTHING from them either after hearing your story. My husband would be all over them for a super duper discount but that's him. So sorry for your frustration. Nobody needs that kind of aggravation, especially this time of the year.
