The traffic you have to contend with and all the stop lights where people wait for their favorite shade of green before being reminded, with a horn blast, that it is the only shade of green available on that traffic signal. The lack of shopping at this time is a definite con.
The construction noise and activity is disrupting to your morning coffee on the lanai, another con.
The good is that traffic is low volume, except for frustrated ex-Kamikaze pilot operated construction vehicles that seem intent on dying for the emperor.
Everyone in our neighborhood is new here so we all have many of the same problems in getting settled. The sanitation workers love us as there are tons of moving boxes on the curb for pick-up.
We are slowly learning where everything is for shopping and other things but sometimes the GPS lies to us and we end up in a parking lot in the lower 40.
All in all, we are enjoying our new home and getting out of the rut were in before moving here.

Welcome to the club...……………………….
This too shall pass.
(Since you did not mention them, can one assume you like roundabouts?)
