I didn't throw it out because I promised GG that I would try it again but doctored with onions, and beans and cheddar cheese, etc. (It seems to defeat the purpose of buying a frozen food). But I can not bear the possible chance of ruining a nice homemade Chili so it will have to wait for nothing but another time (maybe).
