Good point -- I should call the Gas Company and have the discussion. But since we don't eat out nearly as much as we thought we would due to the fact that we are located in the middle of a fast-food Mecca, we are cooking most of our meals. After over 50 years cooking on gas, DH and I are still having problems adjusting to electric. So I'm at a point where I almost don't care what it will cost. (Of course I sald
