Hey guys,
I'm just feeling like crap and was a pretty big mess yesterday. Not sick per se, but woke up with my head feeling really foggy which led to dizzy spells, then the nausea set in. It was just not a good day. I think it's all sinus related. Treading carefully this morning so as not to set anything off. In other words, no fast moves.........unless it's to Florida.
Not sure if I'll be around much today or not, but wanted to check in to let you know I'm alive and not to worry. I've got to pull myself together because I'm on the work schedule for tomorrow so I'll be medicating myself and sleeping "prn" today. In other words I'll be doing pretty much NOTHING but it just may not be this NOTHING.
