I think the beginning of 2018 was slow as there were virtually no new homes for sale north of 44 and a lot people still were not sure what was going on down south, they didn't have the vision. Now that Marsh Landing is well underway with the recreation center and all of the amenities going up in that area along with golf courses, and golf car access coming soon, there will be a pick up in number of units for 2019. Even though 6 plus new homes per day 365 days a year is amazing, it will be interesting to see the figures a year from now.
