So what did he do? Or didn't do? He took over the Banking Committee after the sub prime mortgage problem started. So I fail to understand why he should be put in jail. What crime(s) did he commit?

Pershaps we should look at Paulson....Goldman Sachs was selling these derivitives, know they were bad, and the short selling on them knowing they would fail. Sounds kind of shady to me.
