After 3 phone calls they finally figured out that I had canceled the service 2 months ago when I returned the equipment to them , had I not called they would have continued to bill me even though they received my equipment back and I had phoned in them on Nov. the 19th.
So, I went to their office near the Target store but they have closed the retail store with no new address listing oh, so I guess we're stuck with the internet or chat.
The reason I'm posting this is because I think we should be aware that CenturyLink has closed its retail store, and # 2 Has anybody else been charged a cancellation fee for the unlimited $45 a month service?
Maybe they sent a notice to customers but since you are no longer customer you didn't get one.

You are getting a bill because you are on their collection list, not as a customer?
