Zenni.com. I highly recommend them. You can actually buy a complete pair of single vision prescription eyeglasses for as little as $6.95. I bought a pair for about $25 and they are better than the pair I bought at Sams Club for $50. You don't even need to send a prescription, just copy the information from your prescription. You do need to measure the distance between your eyes, but any optician will do that for free, if you can't do it yourself.
