nothing but agree -- slow but sure. I too started earlier (March 25th). As of this morning 34.6 pounds. But since January 1st, it's been 3.6 lbs.
I watch my 600-lb life for motivation (there but for the grace of God) and follow their 1200 calorie, high protein, low carb approach. For me what has helped is I have a spreadsheet and I write down every single thing that goes into my mouth. I think this is the longest I have stayed on a diet without cheating in my entire life.
