We will be in the 224,000 range very soon.

Good to have the computer up and running.

Hope that Luca gets better. Our blind cocker spaniel, Amber, in Palm Harbor, FL had separation anxiety something terrible. We would put her in the bathroom and she would try to scratch through the door. She also would fall into the pool when the kids or someone else left the safety gate open. We had to put her down because it got so bad. She was also going deaf. Really sad as she was not that old when she took that last trip to the vet. Lots of eye drops needed for her eyes which had had cataract surgeries.

She would poop and pee in the bathroom and then fall into it and create quite a mess. And also sometimes would tear out her nails.

She would walk into walls because her senses were going.

We did not get another pooch until 2007 but had started looking hard in 2006.

We lost Amber around 1998.

Amber was the puppy that my then live-in girlfriend Jenny dropped on my head when she flew out with me from Minneapolis in 1990. I was sleeping on the couch and she was in a bedroom. I had had a very strong crush on another law student at the U of MN which kind of interfered with my relationship with Jenny. This other lady was in Miami at that time but would soon move to the SF Bay area. Both of these women were in the Legal Assistance to Minnesota Prisoners Clinic with me. Jenny was my former student while the other gal was a fellow Student Director but she was with a different prison. I was attached to Minnesota Correctional Facility-Stillwater, the same as Jenny.
