I don't think anyone ever hated snow more than I do. Our first thought was to buy a vacation home here and come down for the winter and the more my husband thought about it the more he decided there was really no good reason to keep our house up north. I was NOTHING but ecstatic. Any friends and family that we still have up there can come to Florida to visit. I have no desire to go back.

And Tal going to Alaska in the winter is my very worst nightmare. I think that is where bad Florida residents go when they die.
