What is the experience of buying re-manufactured instead of HP brand cartridges.

There is a significant difference in the price of one vs the other.

I am looking for HP 63 XL....new cost/Amazon $37.95.
Various re-manufacturers range from $13 to $18.

Your experience and comments please.
