Just got back from taking dog on a walk and passed a man with no shoes nor socks on walking the other way. And just a lite coat on as well with a bare head and no gloves. I had sweatpants on over pants a coat I used in Minnesota and two lower layers along with a pull over hat and gloves. With a scarf too and my nose still felt really cold. I had left my face masking pull over somewhere and not for NOTHING.

I have not felt cold temperatures for any extended amount of time since 1994 in Chicagoland.
