I'm thinking someone is going to say YES and someone is going to say NO. Then what do you do?
We never bought a house we didn't spend some time near.... looking and listening. I would drag my fanny to Fenney and see for myself.
There use to be a person on this site that
had a big beautiful house up in the Marion Co. section and the train noise drove him out. I always wondered how much research he did before buying.
