Mine has adjustment screw in the end of the hydraulic cylinder. It takes small Phillips screwdriver and takes few try’s to get just right., the door should close up to about inch then gently close with enough force to lock. I had two problems the hydraulic cylinder wouldn’t adjust that fine and my door was sprung dragging at the bottom. I switch out the cylinder with one of the ones on the front storm door ( it had two and only needed one or get it to work correctly. I brought turnbuckle kit to straighten up the door and finely got it to close whisper quite. But, over time the screw loosens or the cylinder needs adjusted to keep it quite.
