I chose a primary care from the paltry few that are in the Humana HMO - Dr Gutierrez with Florida Medical Associates. Earliest appointment (after a little bit of pleading) is February 27. Had to nothing but cancel Pet Scan, Cardiac-Vascular follow up for stents so far. I assume I will get all the referrals on the 27th and then will be good to go on the other appointments and the reschedules.
