In regard to the water company, it is always good to keep the Vendors in our lives in check. There is no way that I would let them give me the Scooby Doo. I'm glad you didn't either.
I'm chilled out but there are times when the old skills just have to come out. It is a gift to have them sleeping in a holster but ready to deploy when needed.
I love to document and build a case as I have on Amazon for the last Three Years. They got bigger but they didn't get better. They need to be held accountable for their actions as does that water company. Good Job.
