So about the water company saga where I told you they didn't call back -
Well apparently I gave them enough of an earful that nobody wanted to talk to me so they escalated the problem themselves without me even asking - lol. A guy in upper management called today and left a message for my husband that they were going to be looking into it further to see about giving us more of a refund. Sometimes NOTHING else works but being a PIA I guess.........my husband said as long as I'm not being one towards him and he benefits from it, it's fine with him.
