Every manufacturer will have a metal tag VIN (vehicle identification number) when it is built...somewhere on the cart.
My Club Car's is on the passenger side, above where you normally put your feet. You need to get low and use a flashlight to read the plate.
You may have to use Google to interpret the code they use (the year is typically part of the code) to verify the year...assuming it isn't a rebuild/restoration.
Just Google the manufacturer to find out where they usually put the VIN plate...for your particular model.
