Ok, maybe a slight exaggeration, but not by much. I advise anyone who wants to make money in real estate to invest in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS). No tenants, no overflowing toilets, no sob stories, no skipping town on the rent. LOL
But do hope you prevail against the water company. Good documentation, for me, is key. Go get 'em tiger!
