There are a few ranch homes in Hemingway with completely fenced backyards. The yards are small, about the size of a large villa yard (about 50 feet by 15 or 20 feet), but are full of grass and the fence is 6 feet high. This area has been done as an experiment and all of these may well be taken in 18 months, but if they sell well, maybe the developer with make more houses with fenced yards. Not too many squirrels in the newer areas, the trees are too small yet so a squirrel has "no where to run to...no where to hide.
