I am NOTHING but a Dental Catastrophe. Money to get the fixed is not the issue, fear because of what I've been through is. I'm getting closer to doing the Implant thing. Several places I've been to just don't give me that warm fuzzy feeling that they are the best fit for me.
Years back I was to go to a Bachelor Party about an hour after getting a new top plate installed. All went good at the Dentist, a very kind woman Dentist. So I show up at the bar and said hello to the guys and shook some hands and I'll never forget I coughed and the teeth went flying in slow motion hit the bar twice and landed in the ice bin. We had a Belly Whopper

laugh over that one. I really love to laugh and remember what a great life I've had. Most of the guys from the Bachelor Party are not with us anymore. For them, the party never stopped and it put their lights out. I'm lucky only bad teeth but still kicking! NOTHING but happy even with all the garbage going on lately.
Hope they NOTHING but straighten you out quickly and that you don't have trouble on the trip. Do you get to drive the boat? LOL.
