You are NOTHING but right. Happened to one of my cousins down there. My husband teamed up with my cousin's neighbor who is a retired professional and they did the redo from the mess up of the first person my cousin hired. Another job where my husband learned a lot being a helper to someone really in the know. Almost forgot it.............caught myself just in time for a save - lol
