We did about 10 miles. Those little hills killed me but then I havant done any riding in over a year and wasant primed for it. In any case , 10 miles was enough for me.

Yep - ten miles is a nice ride. We have Trek Hybrid's and rode two or three days a week all last summer to get fit for our bike tour of Tuscany that we did in October. We were great on the down hills or flat. Did about 25 miles a day on that trip, everyone was on Hybrid's except one show-off couple in their mid 40's (they were very nice but just with the wrong group).

We went with two other couples and may do it again next year (we should be talking to each other again by then). Maybe do a barge/bike tour of Holland or France?
