The WVLG FM frequency of 102.7 is known as a translator, part of a FCC program to allow am stations to have an FM presence for better service. Primarily this was done because many am stations fade into the ether at night and reception is difficult. Many cities now have some of their am stations on FM also. The "official" name for WVLG FM is actually W274BR, kinda goofy. The actual owner of the station is the Central Florida Educational Foundation in Alatamonte Springs so TV is probably leasing it.
For those who are interested here is the coverage.
