Cattail and Riverbend will offer family pools but no serenity pools. Does this change represent a change in philosophy by the developer to put in more family pools and less neighborhood adult only pools? Any thoughts?

Sometimes the adult pools are as loud as family pools. Only guarantee for the quiet peaceful surroundings is your own private pool
