Hovnanian communities typically have a pool for all to share. In looking around Marsh Bend I was very concerned because I did not see any serenity pools in that area. Cattail and Riverbend will offer family pools but no serenity pools. Does this change represent a change in philosophy by the developer to put in more family pools and less neighborhood adult only pools? Any thoughts?
Sometimes the adult pools are as loud as family pools. Only guarantee for the quiet peaceful surroundings is your own private pool
