Fw, glad to hear your dilemma about the desk may come to an end. Hoping all works out with the replacement and you can put this awful experience behind you once and for all. When people don't do their part in something and follow through it can be very frustrating and stressful. Hubby and I are experiencing some of that right now as we are in the middle of 3 major things and the only hold-ups are the parts others are supposed to play. It's causing a lot of unneeded stress, extra phone calls, emails, etc - the main reason I have been MIA. It's getting pretty bad around here when I become the calming force in the household.
BK, keep your chin up. Dealing with getting referrals and prior auths can also be NOTHING but frustrating and stressful. Another situation where you have to rely on others to do their part and all you can do is wait -

Tal, what can I say? You seem to keep yourself busy in many different ways. I'm sure this recent tragic event in TV stirred things up for you a bit. Hope it gives you some direction and motivation to move forward with your project.
