The deed restrictions are fair and reasonable. I'd rather them then a junk-yellow car sitting with no tires in my neighbor's driveway.
I'm in Hemingway and there are a few homes with fences.
We looked at 'em and liked 'em (though we bought a villa) so at least you have an option.
