Can't see the problem. The whole Wildwood population already has access to TV!
Anyone can come in with a car, bicycle, skateboard, roller skates, even walk if so inclined.
I would just like to go to Trailwinds in my golf cart.
Nothing would change, except all villagers could access Trailwinds by cart, instead of getting car out each time they wish to shop there.
