My meatloaf recipe is just like Ronda's, but I add one egg per pound of meat. I also splash in some milk with the breadcrumbs so the mixture isn't so dry. I find the loaf stays together better when it isn't so dry. I put a topping of ketchup on the entire meatloaf before baking. Have fun experimenting!
