Default Knee surgery with Dr Nguyen
I got a new knee on Jan 30, by Dr Nguyen. I am now 6 weeks out and PT is done and I'm still in pain and soreness.

My question, has anyone ever tried ICE? I am wanting to give it a try, against Dr's orders of course. Seems like all the other knee patients in therapy use ice, I don't think it should be an issue with anything, except the Doc.

Anybody ever try?
