The standard title is electronic, but, after you buy the car, you can go to the Sumter office on Powell St. and they will print you a very nice paper title for $10. I picked one up in 10 minutes. Go early and pay cash, because they charge a fee to use a credit card. I wouldn't pay the dealer $150 for a paper title. That's ridiculous.
