Default Insurance Question
While not mandated for the cash purchase of a new, never lived-in home from The Villages Corporation, what are your suggestions on purchasing / not purchasing the following at closing:

Title Insurance
Flood Insurance
Using an attorney at closing
Homeowners insurance
