Well, so far, it looks like the 'myth' of the average home ownership of 3 is being shown to being just that...a myth.

And as most know, a 'myth' is just...a female 'moth.'

As of right now, with 49 votes, about 65% (2/3) have owned or are planning on owning...but a single house.

A little more than 21% have said they'll own 2 houses and those saying 3 or more houses...adds up to a little over 14%.

Based on this 'totally official,' '0% error margin poll' ...the 'average' is less than 1.5 houses.

In hindsight, I probably should have specified only 'primary residences' and eliminated those who have purchased rental properties...but the gist of the poll is still valid.
