I have heard that no home in TV has ever had termites. I heard that when TV first bought all the land we are on now that they sprayed so much with stuff you cannot even use now, that nothing survived. Termites are a problem in Florida, so they could creep back.
I have lived in Florida for 40 years, both south and central Florida, spray my own homes, never had termites and never had a problem selling a home because I did not have a termite bond. All homes are usually tested for termites when sold and taken care of if there is a problem. I agree that Massey has the best salespeople in Florida, don't know about treatment.
