NOTHING. The fact that you have violated a cardinal rule of this thread, as referenced in the Nothing Manifesto, neither diminishes nor negates your technical opinion. I agree the Apple products are more expensive. However when I shell out the extra money I know that I am paying not only for a superior product, but a product that has far fewer viruses, far fewer breakdowns and far superior customer support and service than other brands.
Apple also offers one-on-one training and group classes that a user can sign up for at their Apple Stores.
