I'm not sure the developer pays a lot of attention to public opinion or advice but maybe this new area can be separate, discrete and distinctive. Why would it have to be an extension of TV or an age qualified community at all? It'll be so far down the road that people who work in Orlando could commute. The developer makes money regardless.
