You might try contacting the Sumter county to see if they have the location of the clean out, ours was located on the outside, very near the master bath toilet. As mentioned above, it may be covered over by grass or landscaping if the gardens have been altered. Not sure if a 811 (buried facilities) call will find it. Pipes are plastic so, a metal detector will not help. I do not have any other ideas.
