Scenic MMP drives
Now that Spring Break is here it’s fun to take family out and show them the beauty of the Villages. I’ve found quite a few scenic cart drives, but am always looking for more.
My favorites are
-Buena Vista between Old Camp Road and the Virginia Golf course. The Oak trees with the Spanish moss are beautiful and the landscaping, especially when the Azaleas are in bloom, is stunning.
-the trail under 466 from Laurel Manor to the Polo Grounds. I love driving under the canopy of trees along the Saddle Brook course.
- the Morse bridge over Lake Sumter. Watching the sunset over the lake is perfection.
- the tunnels and roundabouts on Buena Vista just before Brownwood. It just reminds me of a Autopia at Disney. Love the curves.
I’d love to hear other’s favorites.
