I have had T-mobile since November coming from Verizon. Is it perfect? No. But I didn't find Verizon perfect either. Is it good value for the money? I think so.
I got three lines with unlimited data/voice/text, a free phone that was an $800 value, and T-mobile assumed my Netflix subscription ($15/mo).
Monthly cost is a flat $120 since the tax is built into the fee unlike Verizon. For comparative purposes, if you factor out the value of the phone and Netflix, my cost per phone line is $23.89 over 24 months.
I also know I can always go back to Verizon or any other carrier at anytime if T-mobile service doesn't suit me. There is no contract and the only cost if I drop them before 24 mos is the pro-rated pay off of the phone.
