Try taking pictures and contacting master gardener, they have meetings several times per month at 3 or 4 locations in the villages, these are generally advertised in the daily sun. Also, if you are correct, please provide the name of the landscaper so we can avoid using them.
On a side note, do you fertilize the palms using the special palm fertilizer, 3 times a year? I have 4 palms, and use around 40 pounds per year on them, and they look very good.
