Me too. Especially cherry tobacco. But only from a distance.
I have a feeling it's the state law that drives who can do what where in a restaurant. In Michigan you can't smoke in a bar or restaurant, inside or out. Some state lawmakers are trying to change that.
In PA we were in a restaurant that had a cigar mezzanine inside:

smoking is allowed in some sections of casinos, along with private clubs,
bars with minimal food sales, some public
outdoor patios, and even cigar
bars.
So maybe it would be worthwhile to encourage an outside ban in Florida. Although with the tourism revenue that comes in, I think it would be a hard sell.
