I saw the demographics in the Daily Sun recently, it said the average Villager is age 66. I don't think your age is a concern.
Regarding healthcare, well, The Villages is great if you're reasonably healthy. If you have real issues, I'm not so sure, I'm unimpressed with the health care on many levels.
