You may want to consider the "Urgent Care" on 441 just beyond the cross roads of 42 and 441 as you will see a Dr there. If it is something that is serious, (e.g. Cancer, etc) then you may want to consider Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, which is 2 1/2 hour drive from The Villages. Mayo just voted #1 or 2 in the United States depending upon which survey you refer to.
