The public is not usually aware of the positive economic impact that a GA airport brings to an area. The public who wants to get rid of an airport just wants that airport gone, even if they did know it was there when they moved in.

Pilots are under all kinds of restrictions for flight, especially aerobatic flight. Over populated areas, there is a 1000 ft. minimum, above ground level. (500 feet over unpoplulated areas) So even if one of the "few" arrogant, selfish, egotistical pilots really wants bad to buzz your house, FAA restrictions prohibit.

Anyway, I guess this thread got diverted and I guess I helped that to happen.

But if we are ever in TV with a club Cessna or Piper, maybe we could take a little ride over TV and take pictures. But we will not be buzzing anybody.

(Now I really will behave myself better. Last night when I responded here, it was dangerously near the midnight hour, and I have learned that when I type late (for me anyway) at night, I can sometimes cause a little trouble.)

Peace. \/

I agree with everything Boomer says because even when she types after midnight she is quite clever.
