I think it's appropriate to remind some people, that our streets...ARE PUBLIC PROPERTY. 
Except for the Villa areas, they are maintained by the county and are NO DIFFERENT... than any other public street in the county.
Having pointed this out, how does everyone feel now about having gates on every single county street and needing to have a card or push a button...to utilize that which your taxes are paying to maintain? 
Not to mention about possibly having your license plate recorded...every time you use any public road?
Not that it matters to me, but there are a lot of folks who lament...a loss of privacy these days.
