You make a good point, Tal. I guess if the person is mentally disturbed however, one never knows. I was just grateful my husband was so alert. Usually I am, but I guess being with him and being it was broad daylight and expecting NOTHING like that, my guard was down. What a world we live in.
I grew up in a small town where the thought of walking the streets at night was not even considered a scary thing to do. The thought of locking doors in your house or your car was, well, not even a thought. So much has changed.....
